COMPREHENSIVE PAIN & REHAB WELCOMES NURSE PRACTITIONER KRISTY BARRENTINE TO MEDICAL TEAM

Comprehensive Pain and Rehab is pleased to announce the addition of Kristy Barrentine to its medical team. A board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), she received her master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile in 2009. Barrentine clinical experience includes both hospital and outpatient pain management settings over the years.

“I love my job because I like being able to get to the bottom of what is causing someone's pain, and finding solutions and treatments that can help them get back to being their best selves,” she states.

Barrentine is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Bay Area Nurse Practitioner Association.

Kristy Barrentine and her husband Matt, a local meteorologist at WALA Fox 10 News, have lived in Mobile since 2007. They have two young sons, Connor (5) and Bennett (3) and two rescue dogs. They are active members of Christ United Methodist Church, and enjoy outdoor activities like going to the beach, hiking, and participating in road races as a family.
